Location, design
Some Hotel Staff were personal at the desk were not very friendly, a bit bossy not with a proper behaviour for a 5 star hotel. Restaurant and Morning Breakfast staff were excelent!

Overall a very good hotel, with minor aspects to improve in terms of confort. Too much focused on design, and lacks focus on confort.
The rooms ventilation is noisy. In some rooms unbearable- Staff changed me to another room but the improvment was minimal. Amenites provides are of very poor quality- in 2010 they were fantastic, and it is curious to see as simple details like this affect the overall experience. Toilet it very stylish, though not practical.

We were only there for a night and got there late but the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and beautifully appointed. The bed and bedding were awesome. The subway station was a block away and we took it to Barrio Alto at 11:30pm and enjoyed a drink then took a cab back to the hotel (6 Euros). We were more than satisfied.

I appreciated the modern design, but the breakfast had limited variety and the room felt cramped and poorly lit. The helpful staff provided some good local dining recommendations, which was a nice touch.

I liked the hotel for the price but I feel its not quite 5 star standard.the bed was comfortable and the pillows were lovely. I had a very nice comfortable stay. The staff were nice and helpful and we enjoyed some drinks from the bar in the lobby. The location was great. I also liked the fact that we were not rushed out of our bedroom when we prepared to leave the next day. I loved the hermes products.
I did not like the bath and shower area and agree with other clients comments. Regarding the bath, I would never have had a bath in there, infact it looks dangerous with the lump of marble stuck out. Also the water went everywhere. Having said that the water was nice and hot and it was powerful. Not very good tea/coffee facilites. No bedroom slippers.

Good value for money. A proper 5 * at 4 * cost!
Not really a complain. The price of minibar is above 5* average. They use to had shampoo, soap, etc from hermēs, which was really a treat! They no longer use it and it is a pity !!!

I was impressed by the great design of the hotel, especially the rooms. The location is good, near the center and the hotel staff is really nice. It makes you feel at home, away from home...

The room was a mixed bag. It had a stylish and modern vibe, but the furniture seemed a bit outdated for a 4-5 star place. Oddly enough, there was a strange smell coming from the towels and linen. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries, but I wished for shampoo and conditioner instead of just soap. The design with views into the bathroom was cool but not very private. It was kept clean, though, nice.

Appreciated exceptionally good views. The location was brilliant and decent, just a short walk away from a Portuguese museum. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were informative, the breakfast was sensational.
